Vital Sober Living is a community of your peers. You will be supported by others on the same mission as you – to build a life lived without the use of drugs or alcohol. As you work your program, we will assist with the continuity of care recommended by your clinical therapist or health professional.

What is a Sober Living Home?
The period immediately following substance abuse treatment completion is incredibly challenging because you haven’t yet learned how to practice sobriety in the real world. You need structure, accountability, and learn how to live life differently. Sober living allows you to reinforce the lessons you learned during rehabilitation treatment and apply them in your daily life.

Our property is conveniently located adjacent to our outpatient facility in Frankfort, Kentucky.
